William Lew
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Bill oversees long-term business and fiscal policies to ensure NAPS remains well-positioned to continue its growth throughout Mexico. With over 34 years of experience helping hundreds of companies expand to Mexico, Bill’s knowledge, business acumen, and foresight has helped NAPS become one of Mexico’s most successful shelter companies. Bill holds a BA in economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, attended The General Course at the London School of Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
Gloria Madrid
Partner & Co-CEO
With more than 40 years of experience in the maquiladora industry, Gloria has spent the last 33 years leading NAPS’ operational management team in Mexico. Gloria’s leadership, knowledge, and understanding of the maquiladora industry has led to NAPS being known as the most trusted shelter provider in Mexico. Gloria’s “open door” management style and leadership skills have resulted in a core management team with an average tenure of over 20 years. Gloria is fully bilingual and bicultural.

Richard Jaime
Co-Founder
While retired from full-time work at NAPS, Rick remains in an advisory role in various areas of NAPS’ operations.

Scott Stanley
President
Using his more than 25 years of executive management experience in the aerospace, medical device and industrial components industries, Scott managed the global sales, marketing and strategic growth initiatives at NAPS for 14 years. In his role as President, Scott continues to have full oversight of NAPS’ growth initiatives, while working with the entire executive management team to continuously improve all areas of NAPS’ service. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and an MBA from Villanova University.
Alicia Palma
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Before joining NAPS as its accounting manager in 2003, Alicia held accounting positions at Deloitte, Panasonic and another shelter company in Mexico. Alicia’s skills in finance, tax management, and in-depth understanding of Mexico’s regulatory environment led to her quick accent to finance director, where she managed a staff of more than 80 personnel, including over 50 CPAs. Now as NAPS’ COO, Alicia has taken a broader executive management role to ensure NAPS’ continued success in Mexico. Alicia has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Chihuahua University in Mexico (UACH).

Daniel Grone
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Daniel joined NAPS in 2019 with over 17 years of experience in the maquiladora industry. His work ethic and dedication to maintaining NAPS’ financial health has been a key factor in NAPS’ ability to grow and navigate difficult financial situations. Using his prior experience as CFO of a NAPS client, Daniel has a balanced perspective on what it takes to create a successful environment for all of NAPS’ clients. Daniel obtained his BA in Accounting, Finance & CPA at California State University Northridge.

Danny West
Vice President, Business Development
Danny manages Business Development activities at NAPS and has more than 15 years of experience of business development leadership roles in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Mining Manufacturing Industries. Danny has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Utah and an MBA from Syracuse University.
